在道德的純淨上建立自己的信仰
1.下定決心在身體上保持純淨，選擇上帝的旨意。
2.在心理上保持純淨，不要把骯髒的東西裝到腦子裡去。
在倫理上建立信仰
1.如果我們錯了，那我們需要承認。不要再找藉口，也不要再說謊。
2.順從喜好是為了圖方便，而持守信仰則意味著要犧牲。
在屬靈的方面建立信仰
如果我們沒有每天和上帝親近，沒有奉獻該奉獻的錢數，沒有誠心誠意的去教會聚會，那麼我們就選擇了順從自己的喜好，而沒有持守自己的信仰。

If we aren’t spending daily time with God, tithing the correct amount, and attending church faithfully, we are choosing to follow our preferences rather than our convictions.
